7. Orders and Acceptance
Once you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation or acknowledgment. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
In case of cancellation after payment, an appropriate refund, voucher, or store credit process may apply in accordance with our return and refund policy.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Vouchers
TAGAA’s general return policies apply to purchases made through the website. Customers are required to keep their shopping receipt safe, as a picture of the receipt may be required for return or exchange processing.
- Return or exchange is only allowed within the first 14 days of shopping.
- Cash will not be refunded against a returned item; instead, a credit voucher of the same amount may be issued.
- Credit vouchers can be redeemed within 40 days of the issuance date.
- Items sold under promotional or discounted prices are not exchangeable.
- Other terms and conditions may also apply.
9. Return Conditions
To process a return or exchange, the following conditions apply:
- The original invoice or proof of payment is required.
- No exchange or refund will be considered without valid proof of purchase.
- Non-defective products may only be accepted within 7 days from the original invoice date.
- The product must not have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as purchased, including original packaging and unbroken seals where applicable.
10. Refund Processing Terms
- If a product was paid for via credit card, a refund voucher may be issued after deduction of a minimum 1.7% of the total item value.
- If paid through debit card or cash, a refund voucher of equal value may be issued.
- If paid using a credit note or gift voucher, any refund may be processed through credit note or gift voucher respectively.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, designs, and website layout, is the property of TAGAA or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without prior written permission.
