• Cash will not be refunded against a returned item; instead, a credit voucher of the same amount may be issued.
• Credit vouchers can be redeemed within 40 days of the issuance date.
• Items sold under promotional or discounted prices are not exchangeable.

To process a return or exchange, the following conditions apply:
