The shopping receipt is to be kept safe as you will be required to send us picture for the purpose of Return & Exchange.
Return or exchange is only allowed within the first 14 days of shopping.
Cash will not be refunded against the returned item; instead a credit voucher of the same amount will be issued which can be used to purchase anything from our store.
Credit voucher can be redeemed within 40 days of its issuance date.
Items sold under promotional or discounted prices are not exchangeable.
Other terms and conditions may apply as well.
Information that is required to process the return of any product:
The original invoice or proof of payment.
No exchange or refund will be considered without it.
Returning of non-defective products will be accepted within 7 days from the original invoice date. The product should not have been opened or used in any way and should be exactly in the same condition as purchased. If the product or the packaging of the product has any kind of seals, such as shrink-wrap, blister packing, bag, sticker, or a label across the opening of the box, the seal must not have been broken.
Tagaa reserves the right to revise its policy without any prior notice.
Payment terms for a refund:
If the product is paid for via credit card, a refund voucher will be issued with the deduction of a minimum 1.7% amount of the total value of that item.
If it is paid via debit card or cash, a refund voucher of equal value will be issued.
If it is paid via credit note or gift voucher, a refund will be processed via credit note or gift voucher respectively.
